The challenge
What was not working
CPD depended on getting people into a room. That works for pharmacists near the venue and fails everyone else — and it leaves the Association reconstructing who attended what from attendance sheets when it needs to evidence compliance.

Modules are structured as courses with chapters and video, so a pharmacist can complete accredited learning from a phone between patients.

Each module carries an assessment drawn from a reusable question bank, so the standard is the same for every member taking it.
