Company
We build the software
African schools were missing.
How we work
Three things we hold to.
We operate, we do not advise
We implement the system ourselves, on site, with the school's own data. No reseller in the middle, nobody to point at when something breaks.
Built for the conditions, not the demo
Power cuts, shared connections, EcoCash, parents on WhatsApp, a bursar reconciling in two currencies. The software assumes all of it.
Say what is built
Our feature list marks what is live, what is in development and what is planned. Schools find out during implementation anyway.
Where this came from
A finance module, then a platform.
The problem
Schools running on spreadsheets
Zimbabwean schools were choosing between foreign software priced per student in foreign currency, or Excel. Most chose Excel.
The build
One system, module by module
Finance first, because that is what a school feels immediately. Then records, admissions, HR, teaching and assessment — on one database rather than bolted together.
Today
Live in schools and a professional body
Colleges, junior schools, academies and a national pharmacists association run day-to-day operations on BriteEducation ERP.
Next
Wherever schools take it
Assessment integrity — remote proctoring and biometric candidate verification — is running now. New capability goes to a sandbox group of schools first, then to everyone.
